Having a charming terrace and fabulous Chain Bridge view, the Gresham Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest presents its new menu with selected dishes of Hungarian and Italian cuisines. In the new menu, Executive Chef Leonardo Di Clemente focuses on healthy and light summer meals using seasonal and local vegetables. Foie gras duo, duck breast salad, chilled strawberry soup, saffron risotto, mangalica tenderloin, and the unique Steak Night offer with grilled rib eye are just a few of the options under the new menu’s sections. The new menu is available in the Gresham Restaurant from April 18, 2014.

Celebrating Traditional Hungarian Pastries and International Desserts

Executive Pastry Chef Arpad Szucs has created a collection of delicious sweets for the upcoming season. The new menu includes delicately prepared desserts showcasing both traditional Hungarian and Italian recipes such as the famous dobos cake, the traditional Rákóczi style ricotta and apricot cake, the Italian delicacy cassata and the mouth-watering Amalfi cake. Another signature dessert is the mille feuille with fresh strawberry. Made of fine quality Thai vanilla butter cream, this one-of-a-kind sweet temptation definitely sets the mood for spring in Budapest. The new dessert selection is available in the Gresham Restaurant and Lobby Café from April 18, 2014.

Mercato Italiano at Gresham Restaurant

The Gresham Restaurant re-launches the ever-favoured Mercato Italiano, the Italian market day. A generous, creative buffet and a la carte menu full of Italian specialties offers a unique experience to Hotel and restaurant guests every Sunday at brunch. The price of HUF 8,500 includes buffet, main course, water and coffee.

Easter with the Family at Four Seasons

Easter brunch on April 20 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm features live music at the Gresham Restaurant and Kids’ Room with interactive games, face and egg painting. The menu features Scottish smoked salmon, Prague ham, roasted baby lamb with mint sauce, grilled beef medallions, candy bar and more. Face painting, egg hunting and Easter egg painting will keep younger guests busy. The menu including sparkling wine and fresh orange juice is priced at HUF 16,900 and HUF 8,500 for children under twelve.
